1. About us and these terms
AKI VIP Transfer (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a private passenger transport service based in Paris, France, operating airport, railway station, hotel and Disneyland Paris transfers with professional chauffeurs, operated by AKI Paris Transfer.
“You” means the person making the booking and, where relevant, every passenger travelling under that booking. The person who books is responsible for making sure all passengers are aware of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on akiviptransfer.com on the date you confirm your booking applies to that booking.
2. Our services
We provide private, pre-booked transfers between the Paris airports of Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Orly (ORY) and Beauvais-Tillé (BVA), Paris railway stations, hotels, private addresses, Disneyland Paris parks and hotels, and other destinations in France on request.
We also offer:
- VIP and executive transfers in premium vehicles
- Paris railway station transfers
- Long-distance transfers (Mont Saint-Michel, the French Alps, Cannes) on request
All transfers are private: your vehicle is not shared with other customers. Vehicles are allocated according to the number of passengers and the luggage you declare when booking.
3. Booking and confirmation
You can book online at akiviptransfer.com, by email, phone or WhatsApp. Booking is free.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us by email (or by message) showing the route, date, pickup time and the fixed price. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few hours, please contact us — your booking may not have been received.
When booking, you must give accurate and complete information, including:
- the full name of the lead passenger and a mobile number reachable in France (with WhatsApp if possible);
- the exact pickup and drop-off addresses;
- your flight number or train number and its scheduled arrival time, for airport and station pickups;
- the number of adults, children and infants, and the ages of children;
- the number and size of suitcases, and any bulky items such as pushchairs, wheelchairs or sports equipment.
We are not responsible for delays, missed pickups or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Please check your confirmation as soon as you receive it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute requests are accepted subject to availability.
4. Prices and extra charges
Our prices are fixed and are confirmed before you travel. The confirmed price includes tolls, fuel, taxes and standard luggage. It does not change because of traffic or the route the driver takes.
The confirmed price is based on the details you gave us. Extra charges may apply only in the following cases, and will be explained to you:
- Changes made on the day: additional stops, a change of destination, or more passengers or luggage than booked, which may also require a larger vehicle.
- Cleaning or damage: see section 10.
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Payment
No advance payment is required. You pay the confirmed price directly to the driver, either at the start or at the end of the transfer.
We accept cash, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you wish to pay by card, please mention it when booking so the driver can bring a payment terminal. Card payments are processed by a regulated payment provider; we never ask for your card details by email or phone.
For round trips, each leg is paid at the time of that transfer unless agreed otherwise. A receipt or invoice is available on request.
6. Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, by email, phone or WhatsApp. A change is only accepted once we confirm it.
Requests made less than 24 hours before pickup will be handled as best we can but cannot be guaranteed.
If your flight or train is changed or cancelled, tell us as soon as possible with the new details. We will do our best to rearrange your transfer without extra cost.
In rare cases we may need to cancel a transfer (for example due to severe weather, road closures, strikes or other events beyond our control). We will inform you as soon as possible and try to arrange an alternative. As no payment is taken in advance, you will not be charged for a transfer we cancel.
7. Pickup, meeting point and waiting time
Airports: after you collect your luggage and pass customs, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Exact meeting instructions are given in your confirmation.
Railway stations: your driver will meet you at the platform exit or the meeting point given in your confirmation.
Hotels and addresses: please be ready at the entrance at the agreed pickup time.
We monitor flight and train arrivals and adjust the pickup time to your actual arrival. There is no extra charge for waiting caused by flight or train delays. For pickups from hotels or addresses, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the agreed time.
If you cannot find your driver, do not leave the meeting point and call or message us immediately on +33 6 51 64 90 06. Please keep your phone switched on and reachable.
8. Return and departure pickups
For departures, we usually recommend a pickup time at least 3 hours before your flight and 2 hours before your train, depending on distance and traffic. Beauvais Airport is further away and needs extra time.
You are responsible for choosing a pickup time that leaves enough time to check in. If you ask for a later pickup than we recommend, we cannot be held responsible for a missed flight or train.
9. Passengers, luggage and child seats
Each vehicle carries a maximum number of passengers and luggage for safety and legal reasons (our vehicles carry up to 8 passengers). Every passenger, including infants, counts towards this limit. If you arrive with more passengers or luggage than booked and the vehicle cannot carry them safely, the driver may refuse the extra load, or an additional vehicle may be needed at extra cost.
French law requires children under 10 to travel in a suitable child restraint. We provide baby seats and booster seats free of charge on request. You must tell us the number and ages of children when booking so we can prepare the correct seats. You may also bring your own approved child seat.
Passengers with reduced mobility are welcome. Please tell us about any wheelchair, walking aid or assistance needed when booking.
10. Conduct in the vehicle
All passengers must wear a seatbelt. Smoking (including e-cigarettes), consumption of alcohol or drugs, and eating hot meals are not allowed in our vehicles. Pets are accepted only if agreed in advance and kept in a suitable carrier.
The driver may refuse to carry, or may stop the journey for, any passenger who is aggressive, intoxicated, or whose behaviour puts the driver, other passengers or the vehicle at risk. The full price remains payable in this case.
If a passenger causes damage to the vehicle or soils it so that it must be professionally cleaned, you will be charged the actual cost of cleaning or repair.
11. No-shows and late cancellations
A booking is treated as a no-show if you are not at the meeting point after the waiting time described in section 7 has passed and we have been unable to reach you by phone or message. In that case, the driver will leave and the transfer is considered complete.
Repeated no-shows or cancellations made after the driver has set off may result in future bookings being refused or requiring a deposit.
12. Our liability
We carry the passenger transport insurance required by French law, and our drivers are professionally licensed. We take every reasonable step to arrive on time.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as exceptional traffic, accidents, road closures, police checks, severe weather, strikes or demonstrations. We are also not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, trains, hotel nights, tours or events, unless they result directly from our fault.
Luggage and personal belongings remain your responsibility at all times. Fragile or valuable items should be carried by you. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where this would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
13. Lost property
Please check the vehicle before leaving. If you think you have left something behind, contact us as soon as possible. Items found are kept for 30 days and can be returned to you at your cost, or collected by arrangement.
14. Complaints and mediation
If you are not happy with our service, please contact us at akiparistransfer@gmail.com within 30 days of your transfer, giving your booking details. We aim to reply within 7 days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator, in accordance with articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code . Details of our mediator are available on request. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
These terms are written in English for the convenience of our international customers. Use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
